Mirra is an absolute wonder. The dress she has made for me is simply perfect. Mirra is very clever at expressing ideas and alterations to make the dress your very own. I was recommended to Mirra from a friend and would have no hesitation in recommending Mirra to anyone else. She is super talented, patient, warm and empathic. The room that Mirra works from is lovely, with orchids and scented candles so making clients feel very relaxed and rather special.

Mirra has made me the most fabulous dress and headpiece for my daughter's wedding. She has the perfect couture mix of exceptional skill, great design ideas and empathy with her customer and what they require and need. And she is such a lovely person to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole project and have ended up with an outfit that makes me smile. Mirra has been excellent from start to finish. She provided wedding dress alterations as well as a full dressing service on the day of my wedding, which really helped put me at ease. Mirra really went the extra mile and even helped with the bridesmaid dresses - I don’t think we could have survived without her! She was professional, calm and easy to work with - she listened to all my concerns, giving considerate suggestions and advice tailored to my needs. Mirra was absolutely amazing and created the dress of my dreams! She added sleeves, a corset and did all the finishing touches to my original sample dress! What can I say other than Mirra is incredible. My dress needed a lot of work doing to make it fit perfectly and Mirra was able to work her magic to make it just that. Mirra altered a wedding top and skirt for me that I bought in a sample sale. She also made a veil to go with the outfit. She is extremely professional. Her house is beautifully clean and has done an amazing job. I can't wait to wear my outfit this summer.

I didn’t know where to begin when my mum handed me her Catherine Walker 35 year old wedding dress over to me to ‘do something with’ for my own wedding day. I actually don’t have the words to describe how brilliantly Mirra redesigned my mums dress into the coolest jumpsuit, with pockets and gorgeous French silk sleeves!! Every dress fitting and every email was pure joy. Not only is Mirra exceptionally talented, a fantastic listener and a wonderful designer, she is so kind and reassuring. Mirra also hemmed and readjusted my main wedding dress, taught my bridesmaids how to put me in my dress and fashioned a perfect bustle. ‘Would highly recommend’ feels like an understatement.
